Rumor: A Nintendo Direkt

Youtuber Nate The hatred has claimed that a Nintendo direct value should take place in the course of this month.

In his latest Podcast episode, Nate says that a direct July 17, 2025. He also emphasizes that he knows no further details, including specific data, timings and potential content.

However, he speculates that in the last week of July a direct Friday, August 1, 2025.

The following he said:

“What was told to me … There is a direct this month, i.e. the month of July. But this direct will only take place after Donkey Kong Bananza has been published. In addition, I have no additional information, I have no information about the exact time at this time.

“If I had to speculate, I would probably say in the last week of July, because Friday this week is August 1st, right, that is Nintendo's day of merit. So I could see that this week you have a direct time that leads to the report of this investor.”

Nate has proven to be reliable in the past after successfully predicted the exact date on which the Switch 2 announcement trailer has been successfully predicted. Nevertheless, it is worth taking this with a grain of salt. It is a fairly certain estimate, since Nintendo often reduces announcements and leads around the time of his winning reports.

We also have to take into account that on July 22nd we will get a new Pokémon presentation show window. It would not be entirely from the question that Nintendo will pursue an appropriate direct direct procedure soon afterwards, but it is definitely another wrinkle.

Perhaps the biggest question mark that remains above our heads is when Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is published. The game is scheduled to start this year, but no details were shared at the time of writing. We are also very interested in learning when Kirby Air Riders should start.
