LA authorities say 30 injured after the vehicle has driven through the crowd

An incident in Los Angeles was injured after a driver plowed in a lot in the early Saturday morning. Captain Adam van Gerpen, public information officer of the fire brigade of Los Angeles City, said reporters that 23 of the 30 injuries were brought to medical facilities. Van Gerpen also confirmed that a person with a gunshot wound was taken for treatment. It is unclear whether this was the driver.

The LAFD stated that there was seven in a critical condition, six in serious condition and 19 in a fair state. In addition, seven patients refused transport.

At around 2:00 a.m. local time, the LAFD staff were referred to in a “large, chaotic scene”. A “large group of people” stood outside a club when a vehicle was rammed into it.

According to reports, a number of people from whom most women were, were waiting to enter a nightclub when they were hit by a vehicle. The driver apparently also hit a Taco truck and a servant stand.
