1 killed, 1 wounded at the Greater Grand Crossing Drive-by Shooting

Two people were shot in the Grand Crossing area in the early Saturday, the police said.

A woman, 37, and an unimaginated man was in the 7500 block of the South St. Lawrence Avenue when someone fired shots in a passing vehicle at 1 a.m., the police said.

The woman was declared a stomach at the crime scene with gunshot wounds. The man was shot into the knee and brought to the Medical Center of the University of Chicago, where he was listed in fair state.

Nobody is in custody and detectives.
