APM saves nine from Semporna, the boat goes out

Semporna: The Civil Defense Force (APM) successfully saved nine men near Pulau Sebangkat after her recently repaired boat started with water. The incident occurred earlier and led to an emergency reaction.

APM Sabah confirmed that he received an emergency call at 11.37 a.m. A Bravo Squad team, which consisted of four employees listed by ASMAM Turu, was immediately sent to the Boat A008.

“After the review, the Bravo squad with four employees led by ASMAM Turu was used to the place with the Boat A008,” the explanation said.

On arrival at 12.38 p.m., the rescue workers found three people who were still on board the leaky ship while six were in the water and stayed on the boat out of safety. All nine were successfully brought to the APM ship and later handed over to the police.

No injuries were reported and the operation was completed by 12.59 p.m. – Bernama
