Man, whose car was put on the crowd outside the Los Angeles Club, was injured by 30, was shot, attacked by the crowd

Los Angeles (AP) – A vehicle that was rammed into a lot of people who were waiting to enter a nightclub in a busy boulevard in Los Angeles early Saturday, injured 30 people and, according to the driver, led the driver to attack.

According to the Los Angeles police, it was later found that the driver was shot who was looking for a suspected shooter who had fled the scene.

It was not immediately clear whether the driver had been shot before or after the crash or why he had driven into the crowd, a spokesman for the police authority said in Los Angeles.

According to the police, 23 victims were brought to local hospitals and trauma centers.

At least three were in a critical condition after they were injured at the Santa Monica Boulevard in East Hollywood, the fire brigade of Los Angeles City said in a statement.

Fire captain Adam van Gerpen said that a number of people – the multi -people – waited to enter a night club when they were hit by a Nissan verse who also met a Taco truck and a valet stand.

“They all stood in a snake in a night club. There was a Taco car out there, so they went … something to eat and waited to go in. And there is also a servant line,” said van Gerpen, a public information officer. “The Valet podium was removed, the Taco truck was removed, and then a large number of people were affected by the vehicle.”

People in the club came out in the minutes before the arrival of emergency crews to help the victims.

The driver, whose firing wound was found by paramedics, was taken to a local hospital. The police did not identify him or did not open his condition. The shooter was described as a man in a blue jersey with a silver revolver.

“This is determined by the police,” said van Gerpen. “This will be a large examination with the LAPD.”

The club, Vermont Hollywood, organized a reggae/hip shop event from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., according to its online calendar. A telephone message that left the business was not returned immediately.

According to Maria Medrano, who worked a focal trolley outside, a fight before the incident broke out before the incident.

Shortly afterwards, said Medrano, the car hit a group of people who were outside.

She said she and her husband, both of whom sold hot dogs outside, narrowly escaped after the car had hit their stand and crushed it.

“The car stopped as soon as it hit the Hot Dog stand that it remained there,” said Medrano of the Associated Press from the hospital. “If not, I wouldn't be here to tell (the story).”

Medrano said she heard what seemed to be shots after the crash.

“Everyone started to run,” she said.
