Reese Witherspoon heats things on her sun-drenched short vacation with the financier friend Oliver Harmann.

The Oscar winner, 49, and the wealthy NHL investor (57) were discovered on board a luxury yacht in the French Riviera.

The couple grabbed the PDA when it took part in the water in Saint-Tropez on the water.

Witherspoon showed a cheeky white swimsuit, while Harmann kept it easy in patterned swimming tribes.

The couple looked in front of head-over heels when they kissed, cuddled and snorkeled through the Mediterranean on board a luxury ship.

Witherspoon was seen as she enjoyed water activities with her Beau when she wore pink snorkeling glasses during her lavish vacation.

Witherspoon and Harmann ate in L'Artusi in the Big Apple in July. The couple flew over helicopter to New York City the day before.

Their romance disintegrated after Witherspoon and ex Jim Toth announced their divorce after almost 12 years before in March 2023.

The former couple shared son Tennessee, 12th with Withherspoon, previously married to Ryan Phillippe, and they have a daughter Ava (25) and son Deacon, 21.

Harmann was previously married to Mala Gaonkar and they have two children together.

According to People, Gaonkar himself is a financier and started her own hedge fund, Surgocap Partners in 2022.
