Andy Byron, the managing director of the Tech company Astronomer based in New York, resigned from his role after taking on an employee at a Coldplay concert, according to an explanation that was shared with CNN on Saturday.

Astronomer's board of directors has accepted Byron's resignation and will search for his next CEO.

After the viral video of Byron, alleged statements from Byron, who recognized the situation, began to circulate online. Astronomer said in a former LinkedIn post that Byron “had not published no explanation” and “reports that say that otherwise everyone is wrong”. This statement also dealt with the incorrect identification of a third person who was seen as part of the publication of the video as part of the clip circulated on the Internet.

CNN could not contact Byron to get a comment.

On Wednesday, byon, Kristin Cabot, Chief People Officer of the company, was seen on the “Kiss Cam” screen in the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts before both were outside the view.

“As already mentioned, the astronomer of the values and culture that has led us since we were founded. It is expected Saturday.

The Data Operations Company, founded in 2018, admitted that “the awareness of our company may have changed overnight”.

The company said on Friday that the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of the Astronomer, Pete Dejoy, would act as an interim CEO.

Byon's LinkedIn account is no longer public and was removed from the company's management side, on which the co-founder Dejoy is now listed as CEO.

Byron is still listed as a member of the board of directors on the company's website.
