“Blessed” fell back from his knockout defeat against Topuria at UFC 318 on Saturday evening.

Holloway watched Dustin Poirier over five laps to spoil his hometown pension party.

Post-Fight, the former spring weight champion, which is now starting in Lightweight, called for a shot on the 155-LB title 'El Matador', which won at UFC 317 last month.

Dana White Answers Ilia Topuria against Max Holloway Rematch Question

Max Holloway kept his interview short after the fight when he ensured that the spotlight remained on Dustin Poirier after winning her trilogy fight.

Nevertheless, the Hawaiian fan favorite made it very clear that he hopes to fight against Ilia Topuria next.

“Many Motherfs come after this BMF belt,” said Holloway. “Come on, get me!

“And I have a story with the champion. So, UFC, it's your move next, baby.”

Soon, Dana White was asked if Holloway had done enough to get a reserves with Topuria.

The MMA -Mogul smiled when he left clues without categorically confirming whether he wanted to make this matchup.

“I think he's in a great position.” White said during the UFC 318 press conference after the fight on Holloway.

“He has just defended this BMF title. He classified number four in the world [at lightweight].

“Everything is currently possible for Max.”
