Vipin Raghuvanshi, brother of the murdered Indore businessman Raghuvanshi, has asked a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and asked new doubts that were involved in an alleged call with Rajas wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi and her family.

Raja was killed in May during a honeymoon trip to Shillong, Meghalaya. According to the police, Sonam, together with her alleged lover Raj Kushwaha and three hired men, planned and executed the murder. Raja's body was discovered in a deep gorge in Sohra on June 2.

Vipin accused the Meghalaya police to have abused the case, especially after several co -accused deposits were granted. “There must be conclusions in the police investigation, which is why the deposit was granted so quickly,” Vipin told reporters, as cited by Live Hindustan.

He quoted an unconfirmed audio recording that allegedly revealed that Sonam was in prison in prison, contrary to the claims of her relatives. “Sonam spoke four or five times. I think Sonam and Govind have spoken in the past four weeks,” he said and accused Sonam's family to deal with legal efforts to secure their deposit. The authenticity of the call recording has not yet been verified independently.

In the meantime, a court in the East Khasi Hills district in Meghalaya granted Silome James, an owner -based ownership on Friday, which was arrested in connection with the case. James was accused of manipulating evidence and hindering justice in an apartment in Indore, in which Sonam and Raj were said to be murder.

His deposit was secured days after two more co -accused, Lokendra Singh Tomar, and Balbir Ahirwa, were secured. All three were arrested in Madhya Pradesh after raids. The main accused, including Sonam, Raj Kushwaha and the three alleged killers, remain in judicial custody.
