The number of fatalities increases to 35, four are missing

Meteorologists classified the event as a mesoscale convection system (MCS), a extensive complex of thunderstorms that can include hundreds of km and can exist for up to 24 hours.

On Sunday morning, the authorities had completed the necessary procedures and handed over the corpses of 30 deceased victims to their families for the funeral for the transport house. The province of Quảng Ninh provided financial support and transport to the families to bring their relatives back to their hometown.
