Manchester United fans prove football arrests for 2024-25


Manchester United had arrested the highest number of supporters for football injuries in England and Wales in the 2024-25 season.

The British Home Office has published figures for the previous campaign, in which 1,932 football arrests from regulated games and the issue of 685 new prohibition orders over the same period of 10 months are listed.

The 121 united arrests were the highest for every club, and Manchester City second because of 94 arrest and West Ham United – who had reached the numbers in the past three consecutive years – third with 77.

Aston Villa had the greatest increase in arrests compared to 2023-2024; Her 71 arrests were the fifth highest in England, five less than Chelsea, and an increase compared to 26 arrests in 2023-24.

The total number of football -related arrests now took back 11 percent (after 235) compared to the equivalents in the previous campaign.

The most common type of football arrest was a public disorder that made 32 percent of the numbers. Work disease made 22 percent of the arrests and the possession of drugs in class A 19 percent.

West Ham led the lists for both the highest number of supporters with active football bereau commands (112) as well as for the highest number of fans, which were exhibited in 2024-25 (39) with football covering orders.

“Today's statistics show that these efforts are paid and strong measures are taken to prevent violence and disorder from ruining football,” said British Minister of Police Daaa Johnson.

A football association lasts between three and ten years. People who do not receive prison terms for the responsible crime who served a maximum duration of five years.

Football ban arrangements that can only be issued by a court are a civilian, preventive arrangement and not part of a prison sentence.

Outside of West Ham, Chelsea (31) and Manchester United (28), the followers had the highest number of new football ban orders.

There are currently 2,439 football ban arrangements in England and Wales, with 685 being exhibited in 2024-25-one increase from two from the previous campaign.

Almost all football ban orders are men who make up 2,425 (99.4 percent) of the total number. In the meantime, those between the ages of 18 and 34 (1,573) make up 64 percent of people with a ban on orders.
