Sunday afternoon Orioles Game Thread: at Rays, 12:10

Well, if the Orioles were not obliged to sell this weekend, the first two games of the series have given them a large old thrust in this direction. The crime looked bad in both games. At least Dean Kremer was a pleasure in game 2. His improvement since the beginning of the season was very nice.

Speaking of jugs that got better, Trevor Rogers will go to the hill today. The Lefty performed in six MLB games this year and has an ERA of 1.53 over 35.1 Innerings. He has to allow more than three runs in one start and has approved exactly zero runs in three of his excursions.

There was a few speeches that Rogers was a trade chip later this month. I assume that everyone can be had a prize, but given the condition of the Orioles Pitching employee and his goal of doing the playoffs next year, it does not seem to be advisable to ward off Rogers with one year of team control.

For today we hope that Rogers and Orioles can come out of Tampa with their dignity. Wining a game this weekend would be nice.
