  • Blue Jays record Giants in return from the All-Star break

The Toronto Blue Jays calculate first place in the second half of the season and at home in the Rogers Center. Watch the Al East leaders on Sunday the San Francisco Giants starting with Blue Jays Central at 11:30 a.m. ET on Sportnet.

    Shipment plan

BerrĂos (5-4, 3.75 ERA) will collapse against athletics from his shortest season excursion last Sunday. The 31-year-old right-handed man only threw up three innings and allowed four runs with five goals with two walks and a strikeout when the Blue Jays lost 6: 3. BerrĂos won the victory in three of his previous four starts before this competition.

A familiar face will be on the hill for the giants in the form of Robbie Ray. The 33-year-old Lefty threw two seasons at the Blue Jays, including the 2021 campaign, when he won the American League Cy Young.

Ray holds a 9-3 record and 2.65 ERA this season and has his second all-star game. In his last seven starts he has a victory and four no-decisions.

Toronto will send out a right -load line -up to face your former left -hander, and Ernie Clement sets off in front of George Springer, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bo Bichette.

Barger who plays the right field is the only left-handed bat set for Toronto.

The Blue Jays (57-41) continue to lead a lead of three games over the New York Yankees at the top of the Al-East.

The Giants (52-47) have lost four times in a row and are six games of the division manager Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League West.

After the matinee on Sunday, the Blue Jays greet the Yankees for a three-game series from Monday evening.
