All-Star was called the player of the week after the dominance of the former Al East team

Not every American League East team closed the first half and the Boston Red Sox.

Boston enters the all-star break with a winning streak of 10 games, but the Baltimore Orioles are fighting for their playoff life support. They fell to 43-52 after 11: 1 defeat on Sunday against Miami Marlins.

Kyle Stowers found a suitable way to end a painful first half for Baltimore. Miami's individual all-star powdered his former team, which exchanged him last summer. The outfield went 5: 5 with three homes and gave him 19 long balls this season.

MLB recognized Stowers after this enormous performance and named him the National League player of the week. Cleveland Guardians third Baseman José Ramírez received the honor of the American League.

From 2022 to 2024, Stowers only spent a limited time in Baltimore without receiving a complete runway. In a crowded line-up, he could not earn any full-time repetition by struck .229/.274/.369.

The Orioles was deep with beating, but desperately after Pitching aid, and sent Stowers and infields Connor Norby to Miami because she fought the southern paw of Trevor Rogers. Norby has had an OPS of 0.692 in 108 games since retail, but Stowers has heated the Marlin's crime by beating 0.293/.368/.543 this season.

Stower has already submitted six homes and 1.291 OPs in 13 games this month. The left-handed Masher has more Homer and a higher WRC+ (151) than all Orioles rackets in 2025.

“I just have the feeling that I have learned how I can't put pressure on myself a little better,” said Stowers, according to Byron Kerr from MLB.com. “I always fought. I never found it out, but I think I gave myself some grace. I somehow realized that I was the only person in my life that would be okay with me if I didn't have the baseball career that I think I should have done it.”

The Orioles would feel really terrible if they act stowers if it were not Rogers' recent resuscitation.

Rogers recorded a 7.11-e-after trading in four starts for Baltimore last year, but has found its all-star form of 2021 since the beginning of his season. The 27-year-old has an ERA of 1.53 ERA in six starts after he had held the Marlins on a run over 6 2/3 innings on Saturday.
